I am always trying to explain the crazyness that is our copyright law here in the us to other people when trying to get them to understand why DRM is a bad thing or what DRM is in the first place and and why the RIAA is the devil and Creative commons licensing is the only way to go and I recently found this wonderfull educational page about copyright law here in the us...
it helps answer a lot of those questions and bring up a whole lot more..
